Visit the Store Our Story The story of ZippyPaws starts with a love story between a girl and her dog. Co-founder Jen Glaser started ZippyPaws in 2011. Inspired by her Golden Retriever JJ, she recognized a need for dog toys that were both safe and aesthetically pleasing. The toys were an embodiment of everything JJ was: playful, colorful and full of fun! Spencer is an inquisitive monkey that loves to be tossed and flopped around, and is looking for a furry best friend who can play with him all day long! His cute face and fun personality are just the beginning. Spencer has crinkly legs that make the most wonderful crinkling, crunching noise that dog’s love. For even more fun, this funky monkey comes with a loud squeaker in his body to deliver exciting sounds every time he is squeezed. Each of our characters are lovingly hand-drawn and brought to life by using the best quality materials and stitched with care. Some of his favorite activities include sleeping with his paws in the air, rolling in the grass, and playing with squeaky plush toys. As a business student at the University of Southern California, Jen wanted to leverage her family's 20 years' of manufacturing experience in the pet industry and her strong design background to create a boutique brand of pet products. ZippyPaws was established in 2011 and ever since we have created toys that embody JJ's best qualities: playful, colorful, and loads of fun!
