We tested and cleaned 4-20lb Salmon and no issue holding them. It works great on bait mullet, salmon, steelhead or smaller fish as well. Attached to the cutting board via 6 stainless steel screws, it provided screws result in a solid mount. It havs a one hole in each corner but also a sliding one in the center of each side. This allows you to screw the screw into the middle hole first, and then adjust the clamp so that it is positioned in the way you want.
