(Q3): If lost the remote controller, How can I get a new one? (A3): it's no problem, you can purchase a new remote controller from our shop. (Q4): How to connect the new remote with the bike alarm light. (A4): First, you need to press the button beside for 7 seconds, after hearing one long sound “di…”, then the lost remote controller is not able to control the taillight at all. 2nd, long press to the button on the tail light for about 2-3 seconds, when you hear one “di..” sound from the main unit, just press any button from the new remote controller, you will hear 2 times of “di di”, then it is paring automatically. (Q5): When need to charge? How to know whether battery power is enough? (A5): Press the remote controller, if you hear the “du..du.” sound for 2 times, it means power is not enough. If the remote distance becomes short, the light becomes weaker, and the sensitivity is not so good, all of these signals are telling you that taillight is going to be out of power. During the charging time, the weak light will be continuously on and turn off after fully charged for 2-3 hours.
